BRAC Automates Attendance Across 800 Schools with Tipsoi

In a bold move toward digital transformation, BRAC Education Program partnered with Inovace Technologies to deploy Tipsoi’s automated attendance system across 800 schools targeting 5,000+ nationwide.

The Challenge
BRAC’s manual attendance process was slow and error-prone. Teachers used physical registers, with data passing through multiple layers before reaching HQ often delayed by weeks and filled with inaccuracies, including duplicate student records. Limited power and internet in rural schools made most digital solutions unfeasible. BRAC needed a centralized, reliable system that worked even in low-connectivity areas.

The Solution 
Inovace introduced Tipsoi FastFace Go, a facial recognition system featuring the FastFace 5 Lite device, with 99.99% accuracy, smooth verification, and one-time app-based enrollment usable across schools. Each unit includes a SIM-based 4G router with 2G/3G fallback and a built-in 4-hour power backup.

A custom mobile app and cloud dashboard allow teachers to capture attendance in real time, with BRAC HQ receiving automated alerts for duplicate entries.
