Workforce Intelligence Growth Update | Big Wins, Global Moves & Eid Mubarak 🌙

WELCOME TO THE Tipsoi FEBRUARY 2026

February was a month of real momentum — across sales, product, expansion, and brand. We closed landmark enterprise deals, launched into MENA markets, went live with payroll, and crossed 32 million Facebook views.

At the same time, we secured institutional financing, deepened our distribution strength, and kept building toward the global platform Tipsoi is becoming.

This newsletter brings together everything that moved the needle in February- our wins, our work-in-progress, and what’s coming next. We hope it reflects the energy and discipline that’s driving us forward.

Growth & Sales Highlights

February brought strong momentum across our sales pipeline. We’re seeing a dual conversion pattern- rapid zero-day closings are up 30% (3% higher than January), while we continue closing long-cycle enterprise leads. Notably, clients like Usha Group actively sought us out after evaluating alternatives in the market- a clear signal that Tipsoi is becoming the trusted default for workforce intelligence in Bangladesh.

A landmark win this month: Dhaka Club Limited — the oldest and most prestigious club in Bangladesh — joined Tipsoi with $1,666 ARR to manage 4,500+ members and a 500+ strong workforce.

On the enterprise side, we generated $13,853 OTC from BRAC Bank and expanded within Omera, adding $435 ARR by rolling out to additional subsidiaries — a textbook execution of our land-and-expand strategy.

MENA Expansion in Motion

We launched MENA-based ad campaigns generating qualified inbound leads, with positive early traction from RKe Technology (aligned with KSA Vision 2030). Alongside our regional partner ERGONOMICS Information Systems LLC, we are actively pursuing:

  • Exeed Time & Attendance — Saudi Arabia, 3,000+ employees with portable devices
  • Al Rayan Village, Abu Dhabi — a 32,000-resident construction workers’ housing project

To support this expansion, we are completing a time zone upgrade (expected by the end of March) and rolling out Arabic language support as part of our multi-language initiative — removing adoption barriers in international markets.

Product & Engineering Updates

Payroll is live — our first version is out, with a brand-agnostic integration ecosystem being built to ensure device compatibility via SDKs from global manufacturers like Hikvision.

Self-onboarding with a free trial is nearly ready to go live. Smart billing automation is underway, introducing user-based limits with automated upgrade prompts, with invoices visible directly inside Tipsoi HRM. We also introduced bKash MFS alongside bank payments for simpler, smoother payment collection.

HID biometric integration is in progress, using HID SEOS cards and OSDP V2 protocol- critical for executing the Istanbul Airport project.

New Vertical: Restaurant Intelligence

We are developing a CCTV-based customer recognition system for restaurants. The system identifies returning customers at entry and surfaces their order history for staff, while enrolling new visitors for future recognition. A POC with Odeko is currently underway.

We are also adapting Odeko’s Scheduler module for the local market, enabling skill-based, role-specific shift management- essential for dynamic restaurant operations.

Partnerships

We are formalizing an integration partnership with HReasily, providing devices and a go-to-market strategy to unify their fragmented client base under a single attendance solution.

Marketing & Brand Performance

  • YouTube ad campaign launched in February → already generating $285 MRR
  • 32M Facebook views in February with 7.12% MoM growth
  • 44% growth in website impressions
  • Unique visitors down -9.2%, but page views up +49.7% — visitors are exploring deeper, with more pages per session

We have also initiated trademark registration of the Tipsoi logo to protect our brand identity.

Financial Update

Our distribution channel generated BDT 11,030,500 in February — remaining consistent despite the slower market during Ramadan and the broader political climate, driven by stronger leadership within the distribution team.

We secured BDT 5 million in loan financing from Standard Chartered — with no guarantee required — reflecting strong institutional confidence in Tipsoi as we prepare for due diligence.

Operations & Team

  • KPIs are now defined for every employee
  • Monthly channel-wise MIS and unit economics are under regular scrutiny for stronger performance tracking
  • In-product guidance is being introduced to reduce awareness-driven support tickets (~59% of 2026 YTD tickets are usage/configuration-driven, not technical faults)
