Tipsoi Story
Radiant pharmaceuticals has a widespread distribution network for delivering medicines around the country operated primarily from their large depots. It was a challenge to keep track of employee attendance where employees frequently transfer from one depot to another located all over the country. Cloud connectivity and transferability of Tipsoi made it possible to allow fingerprints of a single employee to devices at different locations. More than 40 Tipsoi devices are running at different depots of Radiant Pharmaceuticals and continuously sending data to a centralized panel.

BRAC bank is one the most prominent financial organizations of Bangladesh with operations all over the country and a workforce of more than 15000 people. It was a challenging task to ensure attendance for this huge number of people and show their attendance reports centrally. But it was Tipsoi, the device with its versatility and its capability to work with a great volume of data made this task look so easy. 163 units of Tipsoi are installed in different locations of Brac Bank and 300 more are yet to be installed. All these devices are monitored centrally from a single web panel. This interconnection of devices creates a unique ecosystem.

One of the unique uses of Tipsoi was implemented at Meghna Group Inland marine vessel fleet. Meghna group uses their own marine vessels for raw material transportation purposes for their industries. It was a difficult job to ensure attendance of employees from these vessels due to mobility, data connectivity and power concern. Tipsoi, with its on-device power backup and wire data connectivity and portability, was able to solve these problems. Also on-device enrollment capability made Tipsoi the most suited solution for these marine vessels.

Action Contre La Faim or known as Action Against Hunger is a global humanitarian organization who are working in the Rohingya camps at Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh. Around a thousand employees are serving at the Rohingya camps for ACF where there are often power failures and lack of proper infrastructure. Tipsoi overcomes these obstacles and is being used to ensure attendance for all the volunteers across 38 Rohingya camps. These attendances are being monitored by a concerned team centrally. More than 80 Tipsoi devices are running 24/7 to serve the volunteers at the Rohingya camps.
