WELCOME TO THE March 2026
March was not a quiet month — and we would not have wanted it to be.
Across every team, we pushed. Our sales team chased leads, nurtured months-long relationships, and closed clients who had spent weeks comparing us against the biggest names in the market. Our product and engineering team shipped features, fixed bugs, and kept the lights on — often at the same time.
Our support team resolved critical issues within hours, sometimes minutes. Our marketing team ran experiments, gathered data, and kept finding new ways to reach people even when budgets were tight. And through all of it, our people showed up — every single day.
This month we also crossed into territory we had never been in before. Our first international work orders went live — in Mauritius and at Istanbul Airport in Turkey. Our partnership with BRACNet was announced publicly and picked up by national media.
We added new clients from sectors as diverse as healthcare, garments, social welfare, and heavy industry. And we celebrated the women of Tipsoi — the colleagues who bring skill, patience, and strength to everything we do.
None of this happened by accident. It happened because of a team that refuses to stop moving, even when the road gets difficult. This newsletter is a record of that effort — the wins, the lessons, and the momentum we are carrying into April.
Thank you for being part of the Tipsoi story.

Going Global — Our First International Work Orders
March marked a historic moment for Tipsoi — our very first international work orders are now live.
At Istanbul Airport, Turkey, our device has been deployed, and online onboarding is complete. The airport authority’s partner, ZK Software, is now working directly with us to onboard the remaining staff. Meanwhile, in Mauritius, a construction site client has placed a work order, with our Tipsoi software and the D505p portable device at its core. A new lead from Binghatti (ergonomics sector) has also conducted a field visit to a large factory site where location tracking will soon be needed — confirmation expected shortly.
These first international deployments validate that Tipsoi is ready for the global stage. Each order is a proof point that our product travels well — literally.
New Partnership: Tipsoi × BRACNet
We are proud to announce a formal partnership with BRACNet, one of Bangladesh’s leading ISPs. This collaboration was featured in a press release and covered by The Business Standard (TBS), giving Tipsoi meaningful national media visibility.
The partnership opens the door to BRACNet’s extensive network and client base, and our marketing team is already developing an ISP-dealer-targeted campaign as the next phase of our Touchless Revenue initiative.
Strategic partnerships like this one extend our reach far beyond what our direct sales team alone can cover. This is how we scale.
New Clients & Notable Sales This Month
March brought a strong wave of new clients across diverse sectors:
Tasir Fashion discovered us at an expo, compared us against multiple competitors, and walked into our office to purchase on the spot — paying cash. (OTC: 15,000 BDT | MRR: 1,200 BDT)
Shanto-Mariam Foundation, a social welfare organization previously using Zkteco, purchased our P40 device to run a side-by-side comparison. With 100+ employees and a need for a unified platform, they are evaluating us closely before making a final switch. (OTC: 12,000 BDT | MRR: 2,000 BDT)
BNSB Khandker Mahbub Hossain Eye Hospital spent three months exploring every major competitor — Zkteco, Hikvision, PiHr, Rysenova — before choosing Tipsoi. The deciding factor? They visited a nearby hospital already using our system and observed it live. They then came to our office, saw our manufacturing process, and committed. Two D505 devices purchased. (MRR: 2,500 BDT | Total Revenue: 66,000 BDT | 150+ employees)
Chittagong Tube Mills came in skeptical of online services but left impressed after seeing our face device live and on the spot — despite an initial mix-up with a finger device that was quickly resolved.
Powerlink Engineering has referred us to the Environment and Social Development Organization (ESDO), a research institution currently integrating our platform with Zkteco. If satisfied, they plan to upgrade to a face device.
Every client win this month tells the same story: when people see Tipsoi in action, they choose Tipsoi. Our product sells itself — we just need to get it in front of the right eyes.
Celebrating Women's Day at Tipsoi
This March, Tipsoi paused to honor the women who drive our mission forward every single day. From our support agents who resolve client issues within minutes, to our sales team members building relationships across the country, to every woman who shows up and pushes us forward — we celebrated them all.
Women’s Day at Tipsoi was a reminder that our strength as a company comes from the people within it, and we are proud to be a team where every voice matters.
Building great technology means building a great team. Diversity isn't a policy — it's part of how we grow.
Product & Engineering Updates
Our product and engineering teams shipped meaningfully this month:
- Payroll v1.5 UI is nearly complete and set to be released by April 10.
- Employee Limit Management has been deployed — clients with slightly more employees than their package allows now have a flexible, accommodating solution.
- Image Enhancement feature is in progress: any image uploaded via the app or website will automatically have unwanted backgrounds removed.
- Force App Update is in testing — users will be required to update the app before continuing to use it, ensuring everyone stays on the latest, most stable version.
- Global Timezone Project is 30% complete, targeting a full release within 6 weeks.
- AI-Based Custom Reporting is in planning — clients will be able to generate personalized reports with customizable time ranges, and mobile punching will be automatically restricted during defined lunch hours.
On the international front, our hardware partner Uni-ubi — a highly funded Chinese robotics company — is now showcasing Tipsoi’s portable face recognition devices on their website and building a dedicated page for Tipsoi Smart Attendance Software as their key software partner.
Every feature we ship is a promise kept to our clients. Reliable, evolving software is what turns a one-time sale into a long-term relationship.
Marketing Highlights
March was our first real experiment with Touchless Revenue — a direct-to-website sales model with minimal manual intervention. Here’s what we learned:
We ran three phases throughout the month. Phase 1 (March 1–15) had no active campaigns. Phase 2 (March 16) launched our first Touchless Revenue ad with a Version 1 landing page. Phase 3 (March 24) brought optimizations that generated 36 high-intent leads — users who explicitly selected packages and indicated purchase intent.
SSLCommerz has since been integrated and the landing page has been redesigned with fresh content. The next phase will target ISP dealers through our new BRACNet partnership.
Internationally, our website traffic grew +7.6% overall, with standout growth from the United States (+101%), Japan (+1,167%), Brazil (+87%), and the United Kingdom (+67%). New York and Delhi emerged as top city-level growth markets.
Marketing is an experiment in progress. Each phase teaches us something new about who our customers are, how they find us, and what makes them act. March gave us real data — and we're building on it.
Support Team in Action
Our support team resolved a critical time zone sync issue affecting 16 clients — devices were displaying incorrect times, causing attendance tracking errors. The issue was identified and fixed within a few hours.
A new Training Booking Web Application is now live internally, allowing the sales team to pre-book client training sessions in advance, reducing delays and bringing more structure to onboarding.
BNSB Eye Hospital required zero additional training after onboarding — they understood the system fully during the initial session and confirmed no further support was needed.
For the week of March 29 – April 2, the support team handled 92 awareness queries, 22 help requests, 33 issues, and 24 software training sessions, with 26 issues closed and 7 pending.
Every feature we ship is a promise kept to our clients. Reliable, evolving software is what turns a one-time sale into a long-term relationship.
Closing Note
March tested us — with system downtime, payment gateway blocks, hotline challenges, and a global news cycle that made clients hesitant. But March also rewarded us — with our first international deployments, a nationally recognized partnership, new clients who chose us after months of careful research, and a product team that kept shipping.
We are not a company waiting for the right moment. We are a team that makes the moment right.
